QA Test Analyst Expert

Job Description

We have a position for a QA Test Analyst Expert with one of our clients in Remote for an initial contract duration of 1 year 8 months. US citizens and all those authorized to work in the US are encouraged to apply.

We are actively seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Quality Analyst with expertise in client RPA to join our innovative team. As a client RPA Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall quality and reliability of our automation solutions. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop comprehensive testing strategies, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality client RPA projects.

Responsibilities:

Test Planning and Strategy:

• Work closely with project stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into comprehensive test plans and strategies for client RPA projects.
• Develop, review, and update test cases based on project specifications.

Functional Testing:

• Conduct thorough functional testing to verify that client automation workflows meet specified requirements.
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues, ensuring their resolution in a timely manner.

Regression and Integration Testing:

• Execute regression and integration tests to ensure the stability and compatibility of client RPA solutions with existing systems and applications.
• Collaborate with developers to assess the impact of changes on existing functionalities.

UiPath Automation Testing:

• Utilize UiPath testing tools to automate test cases and streamline the testing process.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for client workflows.
• Perform regular automated test executions and analyze results.

Performance Testing:

• Conduct performance testing to assess the efficiency and scalability of client RPA solutions.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks and areas for optimization.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test results.
• Generate reports on testing progress, coverage, and defect status for project stakeholders.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with RPA developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to address and resolve quality issues.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to provide insights on testing progress and quality metrics.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Quality Analyst with a focus on client RPA projects.
• Familiarity with client testing tools, including client Test Suite.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• UiPath certification(s) is a plus.
