Supply Chain Specialist Support

Job Description

We have a position for a Supply Chain Specialist Support with one of our clients in Foothill Ranch, CA for an initial contract duration of 1 year. No third party candidates considered for this position.

Industrial warehouse work environment.

Candidate will be responsible for receiving materials keeping track of orders and stock. There will also be some clean up and organization of existing space. Shipping out materials as needed. Candidate should also possess skills in Outlook and Excel (intermediate). There will also be training for 1-2 days in San Diego to provide training on the position. There may also be some very limited driving between STC sites in Orange County.          

• We really need a person that will be here consistently with excel skills and be a  self-motivator. Let’s go ahead and post the position again and see what we get.     
• The driving will have to be their own vehicle and it is minimal. We have the warehouse in Foothill Ranch, CA and a facility and 10 miles away that this person would need to drive between from time to time. There may also be occasions where this person would travel to another technical facility but again this would be minimal.
• As for the Excel and Outlook skills just looking for basic skills as they will be asked to inventory items and place them onto spreadsheets and update existing spreadsheets. I will provide the computer.
