Technical Program analyst

Job Description

We have a position for a Technical Program analyst with one of our clients in Atlanta, GA for an initial contract duration of 5 months.

Client seeks a Technical Program Analyst to help track assets as they relate to Inmate Education. The analyst will perform administrative duties in the Google Administrative Console to procure, configure, assign, and support Chromebooks for Inmate Education initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and track Infrastructure requests through the GETS process.
• Coordinate and track Managed Network Services through the GETS process.
• Liaison between Office of Information Technology, Inmate Education, and vendors.
• Provide monthly updates, or as requested, as it relates to Inmate Education.
• Coordinate and test with the agency Information Security Officer on vetting Whitelist and Blacklist websites.
• Develops and updates materials for customized training.
• Maintains knowledge of current trends via conferences, in service training, workshops, and webinars.
• Displays a high level of effort and commitment to performing work, operates effectively within the organizational structure.
• Performs other duties assigned.
