Job Description

We have a position for a Dispatcher Transport Coord II with one of our clients in Remote for an initial contract duration of 5 months. No third party candidates considered for this position.

Coordinator supports various client and internal reports, ensures accurate and timely completion of operational tasks, and effectively communicates issues with Program Coordinators.

• Accurate typing and data entry skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Highly adaptable to process and system changes
• Must be detail oriented with good judgment and problem solving skills
• Effective time management
• Able to initiate and manage a high volume of outbound phone calls 
• AS400
• Transportation logistics
• Call center
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer relations skills 
• Perform other duties as directed by department manager
