We have

position
for a
Sr. Business Systems Analyst
with one of our clients in
Timonium, MD
for an initial contract duration of
1 year.

The Scrum Master is a key role on highly complex projects that serves as a liaison between the business community and Information Technology (I.T.). This position will collaborate with key stakeholders to analyze and document requirements, determine solutions, assist in addressing any project impediments, and prioritizes demand in accordance with business needs and IT capacity. He/She manages and leads agile scrum ceremonies including but not limited to sprint planning, daily scrum, user story refinement sessions and sprint retrospective. He/She maintains a team TFS backlog for multiple applications, establishes and monitors sprint goals, helps to resolve risk and issues, and applies process improvements for more efficient sprint planning. The Scrum Master will collaborate with the product owners, project sponsors, application developers, QA testers, architects, and if required; 3rd party vendors to implement projects that bring value to our organization.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience with Business Process Analysis and Documentation, Business Requirements Elicitation, Workflow Analysis, MS Visio, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.), Agile Methodologies, and User Stories.
- Experience with Azure DevOps/TFS is beneficial.
- Applicant must be detail-oriented, have excellent facilitation, elicitation, and documentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or the equivalent in education and work experience.
