We have a position for a Lead Development Specialist with one of our clients in Atlanta, GA for an initial contract duration of 4 months.

Our Client track Lead Development Specialist will be responsible for making outbound calls into our automotive dealer base to share Client solutions. The objective is securing an appointment between a prospective customer and a member of our sales team. Key activities of this role will include prospecting for Client.

This is a lead generation role. Candidate must have experience securing appointments / sales over the phone.

This role will work closely with our Client field sales and marketing teams for account targeting and lead generation.

You will pique customer interest by pulling at their heartstrings by bringing forth current issues they experience and showing them a new and better way by educating the customer on the best solution leveraging the Challenger selling process.

Work closely with marketing for day-to-day direction. Collaborate with Inside Sales and Product Consultants to properly transition accounts for demonstrating.

Expectation is 80 calls a day and scheduling 8 appointments.

Qualify the Client /Needs Analysis:

  • Manage and overcome prospect objections to secure qualified meetings.
  • Collect specific details about the dealership and add that information to an online form.
  • Work with Manager to understand, meet and exceed goals and objectives.

Planning :

  • Partner with Marketing, Inside Sales and Outside Sales to review prospect lists.
  • Manage a lead prospect pipeline and maintain accurate information about prospects and their companies.
  • Uncover needs of potential customers and present appropriate products and solutions.
  • Maintain product knowledge on all products and solutions.
  • Maintain daily reporting via excel and share with key stakeholders.
