Job Description

We have a position for a HRTS Analyst II with one of our clients in Remote for an initial contract duration of 4 months. No third party candidates considered for this position.

  • Providing Payroll and tax support and expertise in the management, maintenance, and optimization of Workday payroll systems and processes.
  • Focus on ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing in Workday, troubleshooting payroll/Tax issues in Workday, and working closely with ESC, IT, and Finance teams to improve Workday system efficiencies.
  • Calculates retroactive pay (when approved) for late pay adjustments, promotions or reclassification and processes for payroll.
  • Generates manual check requests, stop payment, and reversal requests.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for issues relating to complex payroll and tax issues. 

Requirements:.

Target Years of Exp: 5+ years of experience. No max number of years of experience.

Top 5 Must Haves:

  • Payroll and Tax Experience, Workday Payroll and Tax Experience, Call Center Experience, Case Management Experience, HR Experience, Ticket management system experience, and year-end payroll tasks/W2 processing experience.
  • Will be working in ServiceNow, great if they have that previous ticketing experience.
  • Must be familiar working in a ticketing environment.
  • Not looking for a back office payroll person.
