Cash Application Analyst I

Job Description

We have a position for a Cash Application Analyst I with one of our clients in Atlanta, GA for an initial contract duration of 11 months. No third party candidates considered for this position.

• Performs processing of credit card cash receipts.
• Performs processing of lockbox cash receipts.
• Researches history to determine appropriateness of cash refunds, prepares documentation for approval and performs processing of refund requests once approved by management.
• Process payment transfer requests.
• Researches payment application history.
• Operates in the phone queue answering customer calls.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
