Client is seeking Software Engineer II to join our team Atlanta, GA. As a Software Engineer II, you will be a pivotal member of our team. The Software Engineer writes and maintains code within applications and systems to implement capabilities and features, improve performance and maintainability, while reducing technical debt in alignment with product and technology roadmaps. The Software Engineer plays a role in Agile planning, providing advice and guidance, and monitoring emerging trends.

Technology We Use:
Java, Javascript, SpringBoot, GraphQL, AWS technologies, Relational Databases, S3, ReactJS, Node.js, Redux, Apollo, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or AWS Code Build)
Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
- Build and maintain scalable applications within the AWS Cloud.
- Working experience in design, development, and implementation of highly scalable, high-volume software systems and components, client-facing web applications, and micro services and APIs
- Working experience realizing applications from conception and design, to implementation and support
- Working experience in coding within multiple technology stacks (e.g. Front-end: browser and device typically using common client-side technologies – HTML, CSS, JavaScript; Back-end: server, application, database using languages like Java and Ruby
- Working experience with application lifecycle methodologies (e.g. agile, iterative)
- Working experience in analysis, design and programming
- Working experience with SQL and relational databases
- Develop or consume APIs within AWS Cloud
- Install, maintain and monitor applications and infrastructure
- Mentor members of the engineering team.
- Ensure standard coding practices
- Participate in design discussions
- Support production applications
