Applications Systems Specialist II

Job Description

We have a position for a Applications Systems Specialist II with one of our clients in Salem, OR for an initial contract duration of 6 months. US citizens and all those authorized to work in the US are encouraged to apply.

The Client needs an experienced analyst to perform test design, script writing and execution. The person will translate business process documentation into UAT test cases for end-user execution. Will also provide assistance in developing and enhancing existing testing information for long-term automation of regression testing.

 Provides technical support to the team responsible for a subset of business systems applications. Provides assistance in one or all areas applications that includes testing, design and analysis. Assists in the formulation of procedures and best practices for users of applications. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and at least three years or equivalent experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
