Job Description

We have a position for a Project/Program Manager - Level 3 with one of our clients in Hartford, CT for an initial contract duration of 11 months. No third party candidates considered for this position.

About the Role

The Lead Scrum Master will provide support across various cross-functional project teams focused on driving the end-to-end digital product lifecycle for features and products improving the overall online experience for the state. The Lead Scrum Master will establish best practices to streamline the scrum processes and standards, coach teams across the organization and create a consistent method of work estimation/story point calculations. The work supports the Digital Product Manager in managing project scope and schedule, project status report, change management, governance, role identification, and business communication with the stakeholders.
