We have a position for a Content Producer with one of our clients in Atlanta, GA for an initial contract duration of 10 months. No third party candidates considered for this position.

SUMMARY:

This position will be a part of the digital marketing and external communications team focused on the integrated content marketing program by managing content for the company’s residential content hub, Converge.  This position will play an active hands-on role in the deployment of the content marketing strategic plan.  Responsibilities include project managing the editorial and distribution processes which includes:  publishing content, reporting, photo selection and sizing, archiving content, and creating content headlines and summaries that appeal to consumers.  This position will work with a variety of internal and external partners to execute on the content strategy including the Digital Sales and Marketing team, the Brand and Social Media team and Product, as well as several external agency partners.   Collaboration in this role is critical. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Publish content including videos, articles, photos and infographics to Converge on a regular basis.
  • Project manage the Converge editorial process to ensure content is aligned with brand and business priorities, documented correctly in the editorial calendar, published and promoted on time.
  • Develop story ideas with team in the form of articles, videos, infographics and podcasts and execute them according to business and product priorities.
  • Manage the master editorial calendar and share out with internal and external partners regularly.
  • Create content campaign codes for tracking and reporting needs.
  • Work in the content management tool to manage the Converge site. 
  • Archive content regularly and share with internal/external partners on regular cadence.
  • Work in close partnership with the Social Media team to execute organic and paid social media campaigns.
  • Work cross functionally with internal partners to plan content and publish to editorial calendar. Partners include Product Marketing, Digital Sales and Marketing, Retention, Internal Communications, Brand, Public Relations and Customer Retention.
  • Create and analyze reports on native, social and search campaign performance to ensure predetermined KPIs are being met.
  • Report results of content plan regularly to internal business partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Work with the Client Enterprises internal communications team to publish content to enterprise wide employee sharing tool.
  • Share content with regional public relations teams for local internal and external content and PR opportunities.
  • Strategically select photos for content that have appeal to consumer audiences.
  • Work closely with Retention Marketing to retain customers leveraging content in national newsletter and 360 customer campaigns. 
  • Circulate weekly meeting recaps stemming from content and Converge meetings.
  • Serve as strategic communications counsel on content strategy for field-based Public Affairs teams.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • On-call availability required.
