Job Description

We have a position for a Accounts Payable Specialist I with one of our clients in Atlanta, GA for an initial contract duration of 7 months. No third party candidates considered for this position.

This position focuses on Accounts Payable and transactional activities including, but not limited to invoice entry, exception processing, auditing, open mail and scan Invoices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Open and scan invoices into Oracle WebCenter Capture and release for processing
  • Ensure invoices are accurately verified, and then keying information using WFR (WebCenter Forms Recognition)
  • Resolve invoice exceptions related to PO and non-PO
  • Work with suppliers and employees to troubleshoot and resolve invoice exceptions within defined service level agreements
  • Void lost or unaccounted checks in Oracle
  • Audit expense reports for compliance to company policy, ensuring the appropriate documentation is attached
