Job Description

We have a position for a Professional Service Delivery Coordinator with one of our clients in Nashville, TN for an initial contract duration of 6 months. US citizens and all those authorized to work in the US are encouraged to apply.

Windows System Administrator

The Microsoft Windows System Administrator provides system and application administration utilizing Microsoft Windows Server operating systems. This is typically an onsite position though our customer may allow for some remote support.

Functions:

• Performs general administrative tasks utilizing Active Directory including user management, permissions management, server management, and system/network troubleshooting
• Provides desktop support for employees and contractors if needed
• Backs up servers
• Interacts with end users and management for application and system issues
• Follows documented processes and procedures for job tasks
• Utilizes a service desk and ticketing system for tracking issues to resolution
