Job Description

We have a position for a Network Fleet Application Administrator with one of our clients in Atlanta, GA for an initial contract duration of 10 months. No third party candidates considered for this position.

The Client has just installed Verizon Network Fleet (NWF) on over 800+ vehicles and assets. Client needs assistance in configuring NWF to support day-to-day operations. The Client is seeking a NWF Application Administrator to provide technical support for day-to-day activities associated with adding vehicles/assets, user management, data validation/data integration, reports/analytics, device troubleshooting, etc. The candidate will assist in training and working with Client equipment management, roadway maintenance, and emergency operations business units to implement their business processes within NWF. The candidate will have NWF implementation, support, and training experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Interacts directly with Verizon support and tracks/resolves issues submitted by Client Assists in troubleshooting device or vehicle issues in connecting to or being located with NWF
  • Ensures data integrity and authorized data access
  • Conducts data analysis, identifies data issues, and works towards resolution
  • Develops reports/analytics in NWF to support Client operations
  • Incorporates data feeds from Client contractors for total fleet visibility
  • Develops and maintains strong working relationship with Client equipment management, vehicle shop managers, and emergency operations staff
  • Communicates and coordinates policies, practices, and procedures within Client for use and operation of NWF
  • Maintains, enhances, and increase Client use of NWF in daily operations
  • Provides end user support and creates support documentation
  • Works closely with other Client IT support staff, systems administrators, developers and architects
  • Estimates work effort and proposes solutions
  • Ability to provide cell phone and personal vehicle to occasionally travel (~4x/month) to Lithonia, GA and other Client District shop locations as needed
