Job Description

We are looking for a Recruiting Operations Analyst to help implement, manage, and administer all recruiting and on boarding systems for the organization. You will be responsible for driving technical projects to enable the organization’s ability to attract top talent. Your passion for the candidate experience and ability to analyze and interpret recruiting data drives you to make suggestions and recommendations to continually improve our recruiting processes. You have ideas around how to find, attract, and acquire talent in an increasingly competitive environment. This role sits in the HR Shared Service Center and reports directly to the Talent and Training Manager.


  • Provide support for the company’s recruiting and on boarding systems
  • Lead recruiting and on boarding system implementation projects
  • Work cross-functionally to resolve issues and lead process redesigns
  • Define and administer configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
  • Design, document and maintain system processes - Determine and document user requirements for business processes and abide by those requirements for future projects
  • Function as a subject matter expert and process owner for new process and system implementations – participate in regular project stakeholder meetings to keep all interested parties updated in project progress
  • Is a subject matter expert in systems and processes – troubleshoot system issues and escalate to HRIS or vendors as necessary
  • Assist with continuous process improvement activities - improves systems by studying current practices and designing modifications
  • Manages and delivers reports and analysis to various parts of the business to help determine recruiting strategy, spend, and where to focus recruiting needs
  • Audits and monitors onboarding and compliance reports to ensure compliance across the organization
  • Liaise with vendors to roll out new initiatives or resolve issues 

Required Skills

  • Experience: 5+ years in the recruiting and onboarding space, preferably in centralized shared services functions
  • Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel, project management, presentation, process documentation, data analysis, interpersonal savvy, written and verbal communication, Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies preferred
