We have 2 positions for a ESC Leave Management Administrator with one of our clients in Maitland, FL for an initial contract duration of 3 months.
The ESC Leave Management Specialist works in the Employee Service Center as part of a dedicated team of HR professionals, serving over 20,000 Client employees in the United States. Responsibilities include the oversight, coordination and tracking of all types of leaves of absence for employees in multiple locations. This includes employee and manager leave counseling, document creation and distribution, leave status and case tracking, STD and 3rd party offsets. The incumbent serves as a subject matter expert in all areas of leave compliance. The ESC Tier II Leave Management Specialist serves as a liaison between the Employee Service Center, Employees, Managers and Human Resources Business Partners while providing a high-level of support including customer service.
