We have 2 Contract positions for "Right-of-Way Agent II" with one of our direct clients in Phoenix, Arizona for initial contract duration of  11+ months. No third party candidates considered for this position. US citizens and all those authorized to work in the US are encouraged to apply.

Job Description

  • Constructs, builds, repairs, and inspects Hybrid Fiber Coax (HFC) networks to provide voice, video, and data to residential and commercial customers.
  • Coordinates with other utilities for permits, joint trench, pole applications, and service issues.
  • Right-of-Way Agent II
  • All ROW Agent I duties for residential and commercial projects
  • Processes invoices and payments for third-party make-ready
  • Establishes aggressive timelines for work to ensure project meets due dates
  • Creates and oversees major projects
  • Collects data and information to identify potential project
  • Able to read and interpret civil engineering drawings and as well as all applicable rules and regulations.
  • Ability to function as a company representative with other utility and state/local entities.

Required Skills

  • Typical Training / Experience - HS diploma, GED or relevant work experience; Specialized skill training/certification may be required; 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility required
  • Technical certification or Associates degree may be preferred and/or required in some areas;
  • 5-7 years of experience in related area of responsibility Dept/Org Scope & Impact
  • Senior support roles highly experienced in area of responsibility; Performs all of the standard and some specialized more complex aspects of the function; increases department or area impact
  • Problem Complexity - Applies advanced skills to resolve complex problems independently;
  • May modify processes to resolve situations Autonomy - Under limited supervision, relies on experience and exercises independent judgment to determine best approach to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Course of action is often determined by interpreting procedures and policies;
  • Work typically involves periodic review of output by a supervisor/manager or direct 'customers' of the process
  • Knowledge - Thorough knowledge of tasks and responsibilities.
