We have a position for a Marketing Specialist with one of our clients in Atlanta, GA for an initial contract duration of 8 months. No third party candidates considered for this position.

The Specialist, Lifecycle Marketing is part of a team responsible for developing and executing a customer lifecycle marketing strategy.  The focus of this role is to drive the execution of marketing strategies, including product upgrades, service up-tiers, & additional ad-ons for all product lines (Video, Internet, Voice & Smart Home/Security), as well as one-time revenue from On Demand and Pay-Per-View.  The Specialist will engage in cross-group collaboration with key boundary partners to ensure all parties are aware of their project deliverables and all campaigns are executed on time and without issue.

This Role reports to the Sr. Mgr. of Lifecycle Marketing and sits on the Consumer Marketing Strategy team.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

  • Supports high-profile omnichannel programs from conception to completion including project kickoff with all stakeholders and boundary partners, project management, regular performance readouts, program optimization, etc.
  • Responsible for day to day management of current customer demand programs to ensure proper translation and execution of marketing strategy.
  • Works with pricing, creative, digital, targeting, and execution teams in the design, development, production, distribution and fulfillment of current customer demand marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Works cross functionally with multiple areas of marketing and sales including retention, digital & social, retail, and Marketing COE’s and Sales teams to ensure the appropriate current customer demand strategies are in place.
  • Engages with boundary partners to gather consumer insights, industry trends, competitive strategy, new product development and roadmaps, pricing and packaging strategies on a regular basis to proactively inform current customer demand strategies.  
  • Engages sales partners for feedback on current customer demand activity. Ensure sales training & communications has strategic insight to campaign strategy and is accurately communicating this position within training documents.
  • Other responsibilities as determined necessary.
