We have 2 positions for a Help Desk Support I with one of our clients in Denver, CO for an initial contract duration of 8 months. No third party candidates considered for this position.

  • Provides mobile application (iOS and Android) support to the citizens of Colorado. 
  • The support will be for a new application currently being built.
  • The incumbent responds and provides assistance for support requests via phone and emails.
  • They identify, research, and resolve technical problems associated with the mobile app. 
  • They document, track and monitor customer support requests to ensure a timely resolution.
  • They utilize personal experience, documentation and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
