We have a position for a Sr Marketing Specialist with one of our clients in North Hills, NY for an initial contract duration of 5 months. No third party candidates considered for this position.

The overall team is focused on executing and activating marketing campaigns across dealers and lenders by developing engaging marketing programs that will reach the target audience for each product and inspire an increase in sales revenue and market share.  The primary role of the General Marketing Coordinator is to focus on supporting the marketing team for the client and DealerTrack products from the start of a deal online through to the finance and transaction management along with title services and aftermarket cancellations.  This individual will get the products ready to sell via marketing and sales campaigns/ programs, enablement for sales and other training support teams focused on growing revenue and increasing market share in accordance with corporate goals. Under general supervision, this individual is responsible to work closely with several internal stakeholders to enable the team to best deliver the marketing strategy and execute the plan. Pivotal to your success in this role will be your ability to "switch hats" readily between marketing execution projects and administrative/ organizational work that helps the team run smoothly and efficiently.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

The following outlines the role & responsibilities but is not limited to:

General Marketing Support Across the Team. Supported various campaign execution components

Ensure the marketing group is running efficiently

  • Manage project lists and update weekly for alignment on efforts underway
  • Create and manage sales collateral and other requests
  • Create strategy PPT decks for presentation to leadership

Product marketing client-facing materials. Some elements of what you will do are listed here but not limited to. This includes:

  • Create product materials - pitch deck, one-pager, web materials, and more.
  • Become knowledgeable on the content, and product details.
  • Coordinate the review process with key stakeholders and upload materials to proper folders for final execution.
  • Actively support and manage the identified product marketing execution to ensure corporate objectives and deadlines are being met. 
  • Helps to identify and execute the appropriate marketing tactics for specified objectives and strategies including advertising, collateral, public relations, direct marketing, digital marketing, SEM, social media, and other tactics as appropriate, and documents efforts for the team for comprehensive alignment.
  • Coordinates with marketing stakeholders (writer, designers, website team) to ensure timelines are met for first/second/final review of marketing programs to ensure timely execution – through to legal review, proofer, and final stakeholders.
  • Assist in editing online content updates using a content management system as needed
  • Support marketers to find new claims and research stats that support each business area’s value proposition and go-to-market plans.
  • Help across the team with competitive assessments in the marketplace (i.e., what competitors are doing for marketing and communications across marketing vehicles online/offline).

Clear communications are always key in business.  Support the team by

  • Gather/collate and merge product marketing plans, calendar, and timelines
