Job Description

We have a position for a Dealshield Inside Sales with one of our clients in Atlanta, GA for an initial contract duration of 8 months. No third party candidates considered for this position.

  • Maintain a Positive ATTITUDE
  • Participate in sales support initiatives for sales blitz & call campaigns
  • Partner with sales to achieve or exceed sales goals and grow client base
  • Follow-up on clients to resolve concerns and develop a plan for client engagement
  • Know your daily, weekly, monthly goals, lead to sale ratios and always know your status in relation to them
  • Make a minimum of 50 outbound calls per day
  • Provide the ultimate “Client Experience” on each call
  • Utilize CRM tools MS Excel and Salesforce daily to assist clients
  • Previous experience in sales reporting
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills required
  • Ability to engage customers in a consultative manner and effectively recommend additional products and services
  • The most critical responsibility is to deal with and embrace change
  • Self-directed problem solver with a demonstrated ability to organize & prioritize
  • Listening skills proven experience listening to customer feedback and adjusting to meet needs
  • Experience in developing new business from prospects as well as existing customer base
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills required
  • Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively to a high volume of people throughout the workday, and the ability to apply communication skills over the phone
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a high-performance, fast-paced team environment
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with dealers over the phone and online via email
  • Provide both technical assistance and product information to dealers
  • Collaborates with Clients to identify opportunities for growth
  • Advises dealers on value-added services based on their individual needs
  • Utilize Salesforce.com for reporting
  • Performs account management and support functions
  • Demonstrates professionalism and sincere appreciation for the business relationships that have been established amongst the dealers
  • Functions as a solid team player and work closely with teammates, field sales, and customer care to create a superior customer experience
  • Works with manager to ensure a consistent and effective high customer satisfaction and service level
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management
