Senior Software Test Engineer
with one of our clients in
Austin, TX
for an initial contract duration of
6 months.
No third party candidates considered for this position.
Client is responsible for overseeing the strategy, execution, governance and management of a brand-new API platform. We are looking for a highly talented and passionate Sr. Software Test Engineer (Contractor/Contract to hire) with programming skills in Java and other languages to join our team in Austin, TX. As a Sr. Software Test Engineer on the API Platform team, you will be responsible for quality assurance of the platform and building and enhancing automated test coverage for applications/tools/frameworks built by the Retail API Platform team.
To be successful in this role, you must be able to work effectively in a fluid, fast-paced agile environment. This position requires strong, design, development and communication skills to effectively work with management, team members and business contacts. You will be required to provide directions to other junior test engineers in the team and be hands on as well. We have aggressive goals over the next couple of years and are looking for candidates with a passion for test automation and APIs and a can-do attitude!
