We have a position for a Senior Assistant Customer Support with one of our clients in Rancho Cordova, CA for an initial contract duration of 2 years 9 months. US citizens and all those authorized to work in the US are encouraged to apply.

ONSITE, not remote

Swing shift 4:00 pm - 12:30 am

This position requires the ability to key a minimum of 9,000 keystrokes per hour while maintaining a 99.9% accuracy rate and type 50 words per minute per hour while maintaining a 99.9% accuracy rate. Must have excellent problem resolution skills to perform research and resolution of claims data entry and timesheet entry. Must have strong knowledge of recognition software, application and other systems required for data entry processing.

Good verbal and written communications skills, this position requires interaction across multiple teams. Basic PC skills required. Ability to work well in a team, as well as independently.

Detailed quality oriented and flexible to work overtime on an as-need basis. This position may require resource to work longer hours on peak days based on volumes.
