We have a Contract position for "Senior Assistant Customer Support" with one of our direct clients in Rancho Cordova, California for initial contract duration of  33+ months.

Job Description

ONSITE, not remote

Swing shift 4:00 pm - 12:30 am

This position requires the ability to key a minimum of 9,000 keystrokes per hour while maintaining a 99.9% accuracy rate and type 50 words per minute per hour while maintaining a 99.9% accuracy rate. Must have excellent problem resolution skills to perform research and resolution of claims data entry and timesheet entry. Must have strong knowledge of recognition software, application and other systems required for data entry processing.

Good verbal and written communications skills, this position requires interaction across multiple teams. Basic PC skills required. Ability to work well in a team, as well as independently.

Detailed quality oriented and flexible to work overtime on an as-need basis. This position may require resource to work longer hours on peak days based on volumes.

Required Skills

Education and Experience Required:

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Must have the ability to key a minimum of 9,000 keystrokes per hour while maintaining a 99.9% accuracy rate
  • Must be a proficient typist and have a minimum of 50 WPM while maintaining a 99.9% accuracy rate

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of the administrative methods, and an acumen to develop the required administrative skills of the job
  • Specific level of software skills as required by the work unit
  • Must have excellent problem resolution skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Detailed oriented
