INSURANCE
Medical: Our Company Offers Medical Insurance Coverage through Humana for all its full time employees. We cover a portion of employee medical insurance premium costs for those who enroll in 3i People group medical insurance. Insurance coverage starts 1st of following month after completing 60 days of waiting period from your hire date.
The following types of Insurances are available for the employee to participate:
a. Dental (Aetna)
b. Vision (Superior Vision)
c. Life Insurance (20k) – (Unum)
d. Flexible Spending Accounts
e. Critical Illness
f. Disability
401K PLAN
3i People employees are eligible to participate in 401k plan from the 1st day of the following month after completing 30 days of waiting period from your date of hire. 3i People will match 25% up to 100% Limit $2,625. 3i People will not match any outside 401k plans
EMPLOYEE REFERRAL
3i People, Inc encourages its employees to bring a high quality consultants through Referrals. The Employee will be paid referral fees on a case by case basis. Please check with your recruiter regarding exact referral fee applicable to a specific assignment.
We also encourage our employees to refer projects and clients. The Employee will be paid higher referral fees based upon project size and clients. Please email our sales team at sales@3ipeople.com in this regard.
