We have a position for a Project Manager Senior - Business with one of our clients in Atlanta, GA for an initial contract duration of 10 months. No third party candidates considered for this position.

Manages the development and implementation of projects/programs to meet business process initiatives, process improvement, product launches, other strategies and objectives. Analyzes existing project management methods to promote effective operations through standardization, improvement, simplification, discontinuance, or other methods. Conducts risk assessments, facilitates communication across operational groups, and ensures compliance with the defined process and/or implementation.

  • Develops detailed project schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports; tracks key project milestones and adjusts project plans and/or resources to meet needs of customers
  • Initiates, plans, executes, and controls project efforts
  • Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high-quality standards, and meet customer expectations
  • Develops and executes management plans for time, cost, scope, quality, communications, risk, human resources, procurement and integration
  • Translates project requirements into project objectives and tasks
  • Reports on project progress throughout the project lifecycle
  • Identifies and gains allocation of project team resources
  • Communicates major milestones and identifies potential project risks; conducts regular status meetings to review project activities; manages prioritization procedures
  • Sets and manages client expectations, managing and escalating issues and changes
  • Measures progress toward goals and revises project objectives; documents applying change control procedures;
  • Provides recommendations for operational efficiency and process improvements subject to management review in support of change.
  • Evaluates the impacts and risks of changes from multiple perspectives, assigns tasks that are necessary to reduce or eliminate those considerations, determines tentative implementation dates, and tracks results of the implementation;
  • Develops methods to measure customer satisfaction; obtains feedback at critical milestones and at project completion to ensure that project efforts meeting customer expectations for time, cost, and results
  • Anticipates and identifies tasks required to support change processing including performing change impact analysis, assigning tasks to project team members, verbally communicating complex issues, verifying that tasks are completed, and communicating implementation status
  • Project Manager I - Leads smaller and/or less complex projects under close to moderate supervision;
  • Reporting and communications typically occur within the team and direct management
  • Project cycle of typically less than 1 year
  • Actions at this level can cause or prevent delays & cause inefficiencies of a team 

The Beyond Boundaries Project Manager is responsible for managing the budgets and deployment of the Beyond Boundaries capabilities across the end to end support model through the Walk phases of the program (market and partner facing)

Responsibilities will include:

  • Plan and manage the implementation of Beyond Boundaries capabilities in the Client ecosystem, including both directly managed and controlled projects as well as indirectly controlled/influenced projects, across all functions
  • Maintain a regular feedback system from the field, target customers, partners and central functions to identify and address risks and issues at the project and program level
  • Lead the escalation and resolution of Beyond Boundaries risks and issues and drive cross-functional improvements consistent with Beyond Boundaries strategy, organizational needs and Client objectives
  • Manage overall budget and financials of the Beyond Boundaries program
  • Provide ongoing input to the Beyond Boundaries roadmap including identification of additional capabilities required for Beyond Boundaries success
