Vehicle Ops Specialists II

Job Description

We have a position for a Vehicle Ops Specialists II with one of our clients in Manheim, PA for an initial contract duration of 6 months. No third party candidates considered for this position.

• Entry of orders from AS400 to HQ2, Manual orders keyed into AS400 to move to HQ2
• Verification of vehicles to be transported via phone and email - contacting repo agents, dealerships, body shops, residences
• Responding to emails throughout the day from various sources
• Dispatching of dealer units to carriers throughout the Midwest
• Communicating between clients, auction partners, internal parties
• Attend team meetings, company meetings (remotely via TEAMS)
• Contacting carriers for updates
• Heavy data entry
• Account owner for multiple accounts, ie, Ford, Honda, Mercedes
