Systems Architect Lead

Job Description

We have a position for a Systems Architect Lead with one of our clients in Parsippany, NJ for an initial contract duration of 5 months. US citizens and all those authorized to work in the US are encouraged to apply.

Plans, develops, and manages the organization's information software, applications, systems, and networks. Ensures Client's business needs are met through continual upgrades and development of new technical solutions.

Drives organizational success by aligning strategic plans, processes, and structures with the organization's goals and capabilities. Defines business strategy and develops capability models. Analyzes value chain and designs organizational structures. Aligns technology with business objectives and manages transformation. Provides specific functional expertise that is theoretical and conceptual in nature. This expertise is typically acquired through a combination of university education and experience within a field. May have responsibility for supervising others in the capacity of player coach but primary focus is individual expertise. Particularly at higher levels, sophisticated subject matter expertise is a requirement for success. Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job discipline or field. Interprets business challenges and recommends best practices. Leads others to solve complex problems. Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations. May lead functional teams or projects.

• Advises key stakeholders by continuously helping them to successfully navigate through critical business changes.
• Utilizes deep expertise and contextual awareness to explore complex issues with customers and provide trusted advice.
• Serves as a subject matter expert to others on new ideas and solutions that will improve current business processes and address challenges, and leverages other subject matter experts as needed to develop solutions.

Systems Thinking

• Leads collaboration with key stakeholders and contributes subject matter expertise to develop unique solutions to complex issues.
• Enables optimum organizational efficiency by taking a whole systems approach and thinking across boundaries to identify which policies/processes should be standardized and which should differ.
• Provides guidance when evaluating the impacts of a solution to ensure linkages between structure, people, process and technology.

Technical Communication/Presentation

• Creatively develops tools, visual aids and other original content to support the understanding/education of complex and technical information (e.g., legal, operational risk, and regulatory data).
