We have a direct-hire position for a Business Development Manager/Director with one of our clients in Alpharetta, GA. No third party candidates considered for this position.

Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager/Director to drive growth in our sales and marketing divisions, specifically in new client acquisition and account expansion. This high-impact role will focus primarily on new business development targeting Mid-Market to Fortune 1000 companies for IT staffing and software development needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new clients, managing accounts during the initial period post-acquisition.
  • Expand 3i Peoples revenue streams through active client acquisition efforts.
  • Participate in RFIs, proposals for software development, and IT and non-IT staffing solutions as needed.
  • Represent 3i People at industry events, including client meetings, professional conferences, and executive forums.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Consultative Sales Expertise: Proven ability to build trust, identify client needs, and connect these to our solutions through consultative selling.
  • Industry Relationships: An established network and record of effective direct selling, prospecting, and referral-based sales.
  • Sales Performance: History of meeting and exceeding sales goals, with strength in selling to C-Suite, VP, and Director-level individuals in medium to large enterprises.
  • Staffing Industry Background: 10+ years in consultative sales, with a background in staffing or IT/non-IT services sales.
  • Professionalism and Integrity: High personal standards and ethical approach in all engagements.
