Business Service Specialist I
with one of our clients in
Wilmington, OH
for an initial contract duration of
1 year.
No third party candidates considered for this position.
Under direct supervision, the primary functions of the Business Services Specialist I could include the following: The Business Services Specialist I roles will cover several areas of the operations business to include, Document Management, Release Services, as well as Title Services Groups. This role will be expected to complete all expected responsibilities listed within their operational area. Team members will be responsible for acting as a collateral/title specialist on behalf of our business partners. Reply to email messages, faxes, and service tickets. Engage customers and determine how to assist them. Use company proprietary software for research, data entry, and account follow-up activity. Process applications for duplicate vehicle titles, payments, or changes to vehicle titles. Follow instructions and maintain workflow standards. Attain production and quality goals. Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Process incoming title requests for maintenance on existing lender accounts Operate mail equipment Identify collateral documents Execute escalated or expedited transactions Perform other duties as necessary Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including occasional mandatory overtime.
Hours:- 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Education Level: HSD, GED, or equivalent work experience;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Knowledge of how to operate a PC, telephone, fax, scanner, and photocopier;
Basic knowledge of PC software applications (i.e., MS Office, Excel and Outlook)
