Job Description

We have a position for a Sr Consultant Org Design with one of our clients in Atlanta, GA for an initial contract duration of 9 months. No third party candidates considered for this position.

We are looking for a skilled Organizational Design professional to support the development and implementation of organizational structures that drive efficiency, scalability, and alignment with strategic objectives. Reporting into our Organizational Development Director, this role will work closely with leadership to assess current structures and design future-state models that enable growth and agility.

Qualifications include: Bachelors degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred). 7+ years of experience in organizational design and related disciplines. Strong understanding of organizational theory, design principles, and business strategy. Experience with restructuring, mergers, or large-scale organizational transformations. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Familiarity with organizational design tools and methodologies.

Job Requirements: Conduct organizational assessments to evaluate current structures, roles, and processes. Design and implement organizational models, including reporting structures, spans of control, and role definitions. Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure alignment between organizational design and talent strategies. Develop transition plans and support implementation of new structures, including communication and change management activities. Provide expertise on organizational design principles, benchmarking, and best practices. Analyze organizational effectiveness metrics and recommend improvements.
