Workers’ Compensation Associate Attorney
with one of our clients in
Norcross, GA.
No third party candidates considered for this position.
Position Overview
This attorney will manage a high-volume workers’ compensation caseload from beginning to end, handling approximately 70–130 active cases.
The attorney will work closely with an experienced attorney and a dedicated case manager/paralegal and is expected to come in with the experience needed to hit the ground running.
This role requires someone who is comfortable managing litigation matters independently and working in a fast-paced plaintiff-side environment.
Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of 70–130 workers’ compensation cases
Handle cases from intake through settlement or litigation
Work closely with a case manager/paralegal for administrative support
Litigate claims and negotiate settlements
Communicate with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel
Attend hearings, mediations, and court appearances as needed
Maintain strong documentation and case management practices
Candidate Profile
Ideal experience: 5–10 years in Workers’ Compensation law
Minimum: 2+ years Workers’ Comp experience
Georgia Bar license required
Experience handling cases independently from start to finish
Ability to manage a high-volume caseload
Strong litigation and settlement negotiation skills
