Job Description:
The Sales Operations Analyst II on the Tier 1 Support Team manages and escalates SFX Tier 1 tickets, support calls, and OEM enrollments; troubleshoots CPQ issues affecting quotes and contracts; processes marketing leads and sales referrals; supports sales with large and non-revenue contract processing; creates reports and shares insights with leadership; identifies process inefficiencies and recommends improvements; serves as an escalation point for complex cases and high-volume requests; and collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure timely support for sales operations.
