Accounts Collections Specialist

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Collections Specialist to help resolve outstanding client balances and manage daily ACH payment issues. This role requires someone who can work independently, communicate professionally with clients, and maintain thorough documentation of all collection efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Review and follow up on outstanding client balances.
• Contact clients by phone and email to collect past-due payments.
• Monitor and resolve daily ACH payment issues, including insufficient funds.
• Maintain detailed notes and records of all client communications and payment commitments.
• Track progress on collections and keep accounts organized and up to date.

Job Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable, accountable, and comfortable contacting clients about payments.
• Experience in accounts receivable, billing, or collections preferred.
