Client is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join their Affordable Housing Team in one of their Florida offices, including Orlando, Boca Raton, Miami, or West Palm Beach. In this role, you will work directly with attorneys and paralegals on complex commercial real estate transactions, with a focus on affordable housing matters. You will support a high-volume, deadline-driven practice and play a key role in assisting with real estate development, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing transactions for a sophisticated statewide practice.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of substantive commercial real estate responsibilities in support of affordable housing transactions. You will assist with document drafting and review, legal research, digital file management, and all phases of closings and post-closing processes. The role includes regular interaction with attorneys, clients, and third-party vendors, as well as coordinating workflow across multiple matters simultaneously.
Qualifications:
You will bring a strong background in commercial real estate and affordable housing matters, along with the ability to analyze and interpret transactional and corporate documents.
