We have a position for a Billing Analyst I with one of our clients in Boston, MA for an initial contract duration of 6 months. No third party candidates considered for this position.

The Billing Analyst I position is responsible for supporting the accurate and timely generation of customer invoices in accordance with telecom service agreements. This role ensures data accuracy, assists with invoice delivery, and performs routine reconciliations to support revenue integrity.

Generate and distribute recurring and one-time telecom service invoices.
Validate billing data using internal systems and spreadsheets.
Respond to basic customer billing inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
Maintain customer records and ensure correct billing setup and account mapping.
Support monthly billing close processes and audit readiness.
