We have a position for a Clerk-Arbitration with one of our clients in Manheim, PA for an initial contract duration of 11 months. No third party candidates considered for this position.
The Client Service Representative (Call Center Rep) position entails serving as the primary customer support for our contact center. Success in this position requires that the CSR be able to work independently with little to no supervision, provide immediate availability, be professional, provide documentation within our systems, and be knowledgeable about Manheim’s products and services. The CSR is empowered to make decisions that eliminate impediments to our customers' ability to buy cars. This empowerment requires the CSR to be confident in both the business and Manheim’s product offerings.
