Enterprise Project Manager

Position Overview The Enterprise Project Manager will oversee and coordinate cross-functional enterprise projects across IT, cybersecurity, ERP, infrastructure, operations, field services, and business transformation initiatives. This individual will act as the connective tissue between executives, operational leaders, vendors, and technical teams to ensure projects are properly scoped, prioritized, communicated, and delivered. The ideal candidate understands both business operations and technology execution, thrives in fast-paced environments, and can balance strategic planning with hands-on project leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Enterprise Project Leadership* Lead multiple enterprise-level projects simultaneously from initiation through execution and operational handoff * Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocations * Coordinate project execution across IT, cybersecurity, operations, finance, HR, and field organizations * Establish project governance processes and reporting standards * Drive accountability across internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders
• Coordination & Execution* Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between operating companies and centralized enterprise teams * Track deliverables, risks, blockers, and escalations to ensure timely execution * Manage project communication cadences including executive updates, steering committees, and stakeholder reporting * Ensure projects align with operational priorities, budget expectations, and business outcomes * Help streamline overlapping initiatives and eliminate duplicated efforts
• Technology & Transformation Initiatives* Support enterprise rollouts involving ERP systems, field service applications, cybersecurity tools, infrastructure modernization, and cloud initiatives * Coordinate technology integrations associated with acquisitions and business expansion * Partner with cybersecurity and IT leadership to ensure projects incorporate security, compliance, and resiliency requirements * Assist in vendor coordination, implementation planning, and deployment execution
• Operational Excellence* Build and maintain enterprise project tracking dashboards and reporting metrics * Improve project management methodologies, documentation, and execution standards * Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency * Help establish scalable PMO-style functions and governance where needed

Qualifications

• Required* 5+ years of experience managing enterprise or large-scale cross-functional projects * Strong experience coordinating technology and operational initiatives * Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments * Experience working with executive leadership and operational stakeholders * Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills * Ability to influence teams without direct authority * Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Monday.com, Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms
• Preferred* Experience in construction, infrastructure, utilities, energy, industrial, or field operations environments * Experience supporting M&A integrations or multi-entity organizations * Familiarity with cybersecurity, ERP, cloud, or enterprise IT initiatives * PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related project management certifications * Understanding of enterprise governance and operational reporting
