Senior Billing Specialist

Job Description

We have a position for a Senior Billing Specialist with one of our clients in Atlanta, GA for an initial contract duration of 5 months.

This position is a key role on the team responsible for the execution of billing across numerous businesses, revenue streams and customer segments, each moderately complex in nature and/or impacted by special business processes.The individual will be responsible for customer billing execution and related analysis, ensuring that customer invoices are complete, accurate and produced timely.Responsibilities span the entire billing process and participation in implementation of process related to new billing initiatives as well as process improvement opportunities.

• Perform monthly billing and reconciliation activities for Client businesses such as for Clients
• Supporting document reconciliation, review and distribution of invoices to third party sites
• Review and process billing account adjustments, including match event review and adjustment application
• Monitor and reply to internal and external requests via email, telephone and Sales Force cases
• Participate in billing related system testing and review and partner with IT to identify and resolve system issues
• Perform ad hoc project analysis as directed by leadership
