Billing Specialist I

Job Description

We have a position for a Billing Specialist I with one of our clients in Dallas, TX for an initial contract duration of 4 months. No third party candidates considered for this position.

The Billing Specialist I contribute to company objectives by providing frontline, billing-related service and call support to internal and external clients as well as partners and vendors.

The Billing Support team is the first line of contact for customers with billing-related questions and interacts with all other Accounting Operations teams, including Contracts Processing, Accounts Receivable, Billing Ops, and Collections as well as the F&I, DMS, and other Business leaders and Sales teams.

Job Requirements:

The expectations and responsibilities of the role include:

• Answer inbound inquiries, via phone and email, from external and internal clients related to Billing
• Reviewing, understanding, and conversing with clients regarding their contract terms, invoicing, and accounts receivable balances
• Presenting information to clients clearly and concisely as well as documenting this information appropriately in Salesforce and SAP
• Collaborate within the Finance Team (Contracts, Accounts Receivable, Billing Ops, and Collections) as well as other internal teams (e.g. Sales, Retention, Business Leadership) as needed to resolve all client inquiries
