We have a Contract position for "Quality Assurance Analyst II" with one of our direct clients in Atlanta, Georgia for initial contract duration of  6+ months. No third party candidates considered for this position. US citizens and all those authorized to work in the US are encouraged to apply.

Job Description

Quality Analyst for Integrated Business Technology.

  • Understand the requirements from the Business and prepare Functional Requirements
  • Understand, implement, and update the Agile Test Strategy
  • Work with Software Product Owners to define Acceptance Criteria
  • Measure and report test coverage across all applicable coverage dimensions
  • Understand and analyze the Application under Test in terms of Object Identification
  • Create test scenarios and collecting test data; Identify end to end scenarios and code modularity

Target Years of Exp: 10

Top 5 Must Haves: Testing, Agile, Business Analysis, and Scrum team experience.

  • Working style in Agile Scrum teams including being a part of all Agile ceremonies
  • Conduct Test Strategy Meeting to ensure test coverage meets all Acceptance Criteria's with QA
  • Able to write and share a test plan/test strategy
  • Experience in planning end to end type scenarios to hit multiple applications as part as validation
  • Development test cases from requirement
  • Support tracking defect to requirements and escalate defects for release to ensure code readiness for code freeze
  • Support business user with UAT as needed
  • Collect QA metric data
  • Experience in automated testing of web applications in an agile and continuous delivery environment
  • Experience on Automation tools like Selenium, Unified Functional Testing (UFT), DevOps –CI/CD tools like Jenkins, and Source Control tools like GitHub
  • Experience with Scrum methodology
  • Experience in Test Management tools like HP ALM, JIRA and Rally
  • Strong focus on customer service and teamwork
  • Communication and Listening
