EIS Specialty Wire and Cable - Admin Support

Job Description

We have a position for a EIS Specialty Wire and Cable - Admin Support with one of our clients in Tempe, AZ for an initial contract duration of 5 months. No third party candidates considered for this position.

Purpose of Position:

To assist departments by managing managing multiple tasks simultaneously and using extreme accuracy. Assists co-workers when and where there is a necessity. Provides accurate detailed information to credit managers, accountants and customers. Maintains good working relationships with co-workers and customers through fast, consistent and detail account maintenance/analysis.

Essential Functions:

• Scans documents to be filed in a computer software program, allowing for easy document retrieval,
• Handles mass mailings, retrieval of mail - sorts and distributes and
• Performs customer service functions as needed.
