The Client is hiring an Executive Assistant who will provide administrative and clerical support to the Senior Vice President of Technology Engineering, in addition to the Technology Engineering department.
Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions
Typical Training / Experience - HS diploma, GED or relevant work experience; Technical certification or Associates degree may be preferred and/or required in some areas; 5-7 years of experience in related area of responsibility Dept/Org Scope & Impact - Senior support roles highly experienced in area of responsibility; Performs all of the standard and some specialized more complex aspects of the function; increases department or area impact Problem Complexity - Applies advanced skills to resolve complex problems independently; May modify processes to resolve situations Autonomy - Under limited supervision, relies on experience and exercises independent judgment to determine best approach to achieve desired outcomes. The course of action is often determined by interpreting procedures and policies; Work typically involves a periodic review of output by a supervisor/manager or direct 'customers' of the process Knowledge - Thorough knowledge of tasks and responsibilities. Effectively applies skills in accomplishing tasks Influence/People Leadership - Is sought out and/or assigned to provide general guidance/direction, training, and technical assistance to junior level support personnel; Contributes to employees' professional development but does not have hiring or firing authority
