Job Description

We have a position for a Technical Specialist with one of our clients in Parsippany, NJ for an initial contract duration of 1 year. US citizens and all those authorized to work in the US are encouraged to apply.

We are seeking a skilled Application Developer with experience in Microsoft technologies to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in C#, SQL Server, Couchbase, and microservices architecture to design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications. In this role, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create scalable, efficient software solutions that meet business requirements and enhance user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy applications using C# and .NET frameworks.
• Build and maintain SQL Server and Couchbase databases, ensuring data integrity, performance optimization, and seamless integration.
• Develop and integrate microservices to support application scalability and flexibility.
• Collaborate with team members to analyze requirements, develop technical solutions, and troubleshoot issues.
• Participate in code reviews and adhere to best practices for coding, testing, and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in C# and .NET development.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server, including database management and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Couchbase for NoSQL database solutions, including data modeling and querying.
• Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
