Sr Business Systems Analyst

Job Description

We have a position for a Sr Business Systems Analyst with one of our clients in Alpharetta, GA for an initial contract duration of 4 months.

Details Of Position:

• This position is ramp up for Sr. Business Analysis that was approved as part of 2020 HELIX WMS Accelerate plan.
• The Sr. Business Systems Analyst will support requirements elicitation, documentation, analysis, and management efforts for highly complex projects on Healthcare ERP/WMS applications.
• He/she provides guidance to other Business Systems Analysts (BSAs) on cross-functional projects.
• This position contributes to the identification of solution alternatives, elicits and analyzes business needs, determines the impact and integration of solutions to business processes and systems, and validates that solutions fit within the long-term strategic vision.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, able to work independently, and be able to multitask.
• Strong analysis and problem solving skills. Strong planning and organizational skills. Strong collaboration and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under time constraints.
• Self-disciplined; strong problem solving skills; good communication skills (verbal & written);Responsive and responsible; Candidate must have working knowledge of WMS applications (Tecsys preferred) and have an IT background.
• Also helpful if candidate has healthcare, and/or 3PL background. 

Management Skills:

• Working knowledge of WMS applications (Tecsys preferred) - Intermediate
