Job Description

We have a position for a Business Service Specialist I with one of our clients in Norcross, GA for an initial contract duration of 2 months. US citizens and all those authorized to work in the US are encouraged to apply.

Under general supervision, the Business Services Specialist I performs a variety of office support relating to motor vehicle title and registration transactions for our dealer partners. This work encompasses several responsibilities (depending on the team) ranging from mail receipt, imaging, and secure storage to document/data validation, DMV documentation submission, inventory and post-transaction processing and invoicing.

Essential Functions

Below is a list of primary functions completed by a Business Services Specialist I.

Mail Team

  • Receive and prepare mail for internal processing.
  • Scans, validates, and exports mail into internal application.
  • Ensures unscanned documents are pulled and rescanned.
  • Ensures documents are destroyed in a timely fashion.

State Processing Team

  • Receive and log mail for internal processing.
  • Validating physical document standards against DMV requirements.
  • Auditing transactional data requirements versus dealer submitted data.
  • Create completed DMV bundles for submission.
  • Handle state inquiries via email and/or phone.

Auditing Team

  • Validating physical document standards against DMV requirements.
  • Handle communication with clients or client support regarding rejections.

Inventory Team

  • Print out daily inventory items.
  • Match plates, stickers to the correct registration card.
  • Match inventory to the correct shipping label to mail.
  • Process inventory bulk orders.
  • Validate Orders

Document and validate Quarterly Audits

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to perform routine and repetitive production work.
  • Excellent customer service communication both verbal and electronic
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time.
  • Prolonged exposure to computer screens.
  • Ability to lift or push up to 35 lbs.
