We have 2 positions for a Reporting Analyst II with one of our clients in Atlanta, GA for an initial contract duration of 5 months. No third party candidates considered for this position.

The Reporting Analyst is responsible for leveraging Business Intelligence tools and techniques combined with a deep understanding of customer strategic objectives to deliver reports, dashboards, analyses, visualizations, and insights. The Reporting Analyst establishes and strengthens relationships with customers while providing insight into trends and best practices for long-term reporting solutions. The Reporting Analyst works interactively with the Business Intelligence team to lead the design and continuous improvement of HR reporting, metrics processes, and reporting and quality standards. The Reporting Analyst has a deep understanding of Business Intelligence tools and techniques and works with the Reporting Manager to identify new and improved methods and/or reporting tools required to meet customer and department strategy and objectives. The Reporting Analyst is detail-oriented and conscientious, analytical, and a strong project manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of HR systems and reporting tools
  • Establishes relationships with the business units in order to understand their strategies and business reporting needs
  • Provides subject matter expertise to corporate and division customers for business reporting needs with the goal of enabling customers to generate information in a self-service environment
  • Works closely with BI team to resolve issues in a timely manner while assisting in identifying the cause and corrective action for the issue
  • Administers and publishes reports and dashboards for department and internal customers, providing visibility into HR processes, high-level metrics, and trending
  • Supports projects by providing reporting and data knowledge
  • Identifies issues and risks regarding reporting distribution
  • Leads the design of reporting functional requirements for new and ongoing projects
  • Stays current on trends in data storage systems and methods, including Oracle, data warehouses, cloud-based systems, and mobile devices.
  • Recommends enhancements to reporting tools and systems
  • Implements and maintains reporting analytical capabilities to provide insights, metrics, and trends that align with business needs
  • Ensures SLAs are being met
  • Performs other duties as assigned depending on department and business needs.
