Sr. Business Systems Analyst

Job Description

We have a position for a Sr. Business Systems Analyst with one of our clients in Parsippany, NJ for an initial contract duration of 1 year. US citizens and all those authorized to work in the US are encouraged to apply.

The Senior Business Systems Analyst performs functions on highly complex projects and provides guidance to a team of Business Systems Analysts (BSAs) on cross-functional projects. He/She serves as a liaison between the business community and Information Services (I.S.). This position elicits and analyzes business needs for highly complex projects and validates that solutions fit within the long-term strategic vision. The Senior Business Systems Analyst determines the impact and integration of solutions to business processes and systems

Skill/Experience/Education

Mandatory Skills

• Experience with Business Process Analysis and Structured Systems Analysis
• Knowledge of Agile Business Analysis, Creation of Epics, Features, User Stories, Dashboard queries, SAFe methodology, Business Process Modeling, Data Mapping, MS Vision and Workflow Analysis Familiarity with Leadership skills and Process Analysis Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or the equivalent in education and work experience

Knowledge of ADO - Business process improvements
