We have a position for a Web Designer - Senior with one of our clients in Atlanta, GA for an initial contract duration of 5 months.

The Senior Manager of Digital Sales and Marketing’s primary focus is to maximize new customer relationship growth and maximize new customer revenue.  They will do this by bridging internal and external stakeholders around the holistic online experience for non-customers.  This person will achieve optimal business results by ensuring efficient coordination of all non-customer focused online marketing efforts, campaigns, and initiatives. To be successful, you'll need to demonstrate proven skills and experience in: user experience and web design for dot com experiences, preferably focused on driving sales transactions;using website analytics to develop hypotheses for website optimization; digital media and associated creative types and tactics; managing internal and external relationships for results; and, demonstrates deep experience in running both short and long term projects and marketing campaigns across multiple business units. The ideal person is creative, collaborative and consultative, and able to work well across a large organization to drive a growing percentage of the company’s total sales online. Strong communication, attention to detail, prioritization, and analytical thinking skills are also essential to be successful in this role.  

  • Oversees and is responsible for the non-customer Client user experience and website design from the marketing pages of the site to the eCommerce purchase funnel to improve revenue and relationship growth.
  • End-to-end campaign management for all online tactics/types (HTML5, flash, rich media, broadband TV, etc) that operate well across  all device types (handheld mobile devices, tablets, desktop/laptop, iOS, SmarTV, etc).
  • Daily review of site experience and revenue reporting to identify declining trends/areas of opportunity, and develop action plans to maximize results
  • Using website analytics and online tools to optimize dot com experiences focused on increasing revenue and customer relationships.
  • Direct the day-to-day online operations relating to online acquisition programs and campaigns, including boundary partner and legal review/approvals.
  • Partner with pricing team to develop offers that maximize new relationship and revenue growth
  • Develop segmented marketing campaigns that interface well with Client DMP and digital targeting capabilities
  • Utilize online tools such as Client DMP, Media Matrix, Dynamic Creative Optimizer Tool, and others to manage creative inputs, outputs and campaign executions
  • Leads non-customer testing programs to maximize revenue and relationships
  • Perform regular competitive benchmarking and identify/quantify areas of  opportunity.
  • Researches and analyzes consumer behavior information to determine trends and identify opportunities for creative development and enhancement.
  • Ensure 100% accuracy of content and adherence to brand and business objectives as well as to regulatory and privacy guidelines.
  • May be specifically assigned to one or more product/strategy and responsible for the marketing activities directly related to the achievement of revenue goals for that effort (movers, students/back to school, new product launch, etc)
  • Tracks marketing expenses against budget, and reports variances.
  • Close partnership and collaboration with Client non customer acquisition team and Client brand team
  • Primary conduit for and management of digital creative agency relationship.
  • Prepares presentations and reporting to share learnings from all tests, best practices to improve revenue performance
