Job Description
Purpose:
- Our Client System is seeking the services of a part-time AV Clerk to provide direct and indirect support to Client AV techs, IT Logistics, IT field support techs and other SME’s who provide direct support to Client schools and administrative locations.
- Scope of Work/Essential Responsibilities:
- Work with internal teams to resolve audio visual related issues that affect equipment setup or changes
- Inventory, validate and report all technology items in schools. Report any asset transfers to ensure ownership is properly captured
- Provide support for projects (as needed) that may be running in the schools
- Follow established processes and procedures. Report to IT any suggestions that will improve process or make support easier or more efficient
- ALWAYS maintain exceptional customer service posture
- Receive products and check that they are not damaged. Verify that the products are intact and report any defects.
- Unload products from trucks and check to ensure that they match with the delivery documents such as the bill of lading, shipping invoice or delivery note.
- Assists in loading and unloading delivery trucks for the purpose of receiving stock and/or filling orders for transport requiring physical movement and lifting of product weighing as much as 100 pounds.
- Follow established processes and procedures.
Contract Duration:
Part-time (initial)
Option to extend annually - based on performance.

Physical Demands:
- While performing the duties of this job, the candidate may be regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach and move about the facility

- Must be able to lift and carry up to 100 pounds and comply with OSHA standards
- Frequent exposure to shop elements such as noise, dust, fumes, and odors.
